What we collect
When you send the contact form we receive your name, work email, company, website or app URL, the countries and campaign details you enter, your consent to be contacted, the time of the request and the country your connection came from. When you subscribe to guides we receive your email address and your consent. We do not use advertising cookies on this website.
Why we use it
To reply to your request, discuss a possible business relationship, and send guides you asked for. We rely on your consent and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
Where it is stored
Requests are stored in our customer relationship management system (HubSpot) and our business email (Google Workspace), passed through our email delivery provider (Resend), and kept as a backup copy on our hosting provider (Cloudflare) for up to 90 days. We send one confirmation email when you submit the contact form. These providers may process data outside your country under their own data protection terms.
How long we keep it
[24 months] after our last contact, unless we start working together, in which case contract records are kept as long as the law requires. Newsletter subscriptions last until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing hello@boonads.com. Depending on where you live, you may also complain to your data protection authority.
Website analytics
We use cookieless, aggregate analytics to count visits. It does not identify you.
